Fulfillment Policy

1. Overview

Badhao Digital LLC provides marketing and lead generation services to healthcare clinics and businesses through customized advertising campaigns, CRM setup and management, and automation tools. Our fulfillment process begins immediately after the client has submitted their onboarding information and first payment.

2. Service Fulfillment Timeline

  1. Initial Setup: Within 5-10 business days of receiving onboarding details and initial payment, we will deliver:

    1. GoHighLevel CRM setup

    2. AI chatbot installation

    3. Facebook Ad campaign build-out (including targeting and creative)

  2. Ongoing Services: Campaign management, lead generation, and CRM maintenance will continue for the agreed term (typically 90 days), as outlined in the service agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients must:

  1. Provide requested information and media (photos, videos, etc.)

  2. Follow best practices for lead follow-up as outlined during onboarding

  3. Use the provided CRM and frameworks for communication

4. Appointments & Pay-Per-Result Fulfillment

Appointments generated through the campaign are marked and tracked via our system. Clients are billed per booked appointment as outlined in the contract.

5. Refund & Cancellation

Due to the digital nature of our services and the custom setup involved, we do not offer refunds once services have been initiated, except in cases where the guarantee terms apply. Cancellation must be requested via email and in accordance with the cancellation policy in the agreement.
